Was anyone else having bad reception last nite on WRBL dtv? Lots of pixelation throughout the 2 hours of Amazing Race. The strange thing is that I was NOT watching OTA - I was watching it on HD cable, so maybe the months of reception problems that I have had are the local HD broadcasts themselves and not my OTA reception?

I have noticed the pixelation & dropouts a lot recently, including today watching football. It's real bad right now for LSU/FL. I've tried using OTA and via Knology HD.

When I watched earlier this week it was fine; thursday night was awful. Tried both cable and OTA. I may try again to get HD DNS with DTV. The annoying thing is that there are very few full episodes available for viewing off of the CBS website, so if I record a show and its messed up I'm out of luck.

Yes, i've now have noticed a bunch of dropouts and breakups recently. I see this both OTA and on cable so it must be a WRBL problem.

Greetings ...
Definitely some problems during the LSU-Florida game. Too bad the Tigers lost.

Has anyone contacted WRBL about this? I emailed the GM the other day and got the return receipt today, "deleted without being read".

I haven't noticed it the past few times i've watched CBS but i haven't watched that much on there. I've seen some breakups but nothing like it was for awhile, only small breakups here and there.

Is it possible that columbus stations in general have been getting some kind of interference? I noticed the same problem on WXTX a week or so ago; not as bad, but still some kind of issues.

WRBL Reception stinks at times here in Salem. Funny thing is I thought it was because I was watching it OTA but I also have Phenix Cable and it happens at the same time on cable as it does on my OTA antenna. WTH? The signal will go completely out at times. Seems to happen a lot during football games and prime time shows. Come on WRBL what's up with this?

Watching 60 minutes was pretty bad. About every 5-10 minutes it starts to pixelate then drops completely, then comes back after a few seconds later.
It appears to happen no matter what is being shown, i.e. local and national feeds. I don't believe it's the actual OTA signal, rather the studio-transmitter link perhaps? I don't get the searching for signal (771) message when it drops out.
I'm using an AM21 ota tuner connected to a HR22-100, 100% signal w/ outdoor radioshack VU-75 correctly aimed, perfect weather conditions.
