Just wondering how many people are actually receiving WSWS. With my setup, directional antenna without rotator, I don't pick it up. And I've never got up there to turn the antenna to see if I picked it up at all. Anybody getting all the other channels and WSWS without having to turn or tweak their antenna?

From where I am I have to turn the antenna about 120 degrees to be able to pick up WSWS. Last time I checked they were not broadcasting in HD. Has that changed? I think you will have to turn your antenna to pick it up unless you find yourself in the unique position of the towers being all in a row from where you live. I also have to turn mine for Channel 12 in Montgomery.

I get WSWS just fine along with the other networks. I have a Zenith Silver Sensor indoor antenna pointed out the window. WSWS apparently hasn't gone HD yet, just digital. Any idea when they will broadcast HD progeamming?

I ride by their new tower in Cussetta every day on my way home. It is, as they say, a tall tower.

Any idea when they will broadcast HD progeamming? The guy I talked to today said he thought they were to the best of his knowledge. I got the feeling though he didn't know what he was being asked. I'll try to get their engineer and see what he says.

I can pickup WSWS just fine, my antenna is bi-directional and that helps. It's currently pointed towards Southeast. I also can pickup the HD PBS station out of Louisville, Al.

Finally talked to their chief engineer. He confirmed that they currently are not passing HD. He said they are shooting for 4th quarter this year.

Just saw on WTVM News that new tower for WSWS in Cusseta has collapsed. Apparently the support cables were pulled out of the ground.
