I lost channel 9's digital channel this weekend and can't get it back. Anybody else have this problem?

I lost in on Knology, but still have it over the air. I have an email into both places.

I lost both 9-1 and 9-2 on Saturday morning during the storm. 9-2 is still off air, but 9-1 came back on Saturday afternoon and is still on today. (OTA)

My 9-1 and 9-2 were out during the storm Saturday but came back later that day.
Maybe you need to have your receiver rescan for channels. I've had luck with that when I lose a local channel from my guide (Directv H20 receiver).

OK, what's going on here...I've lost both 9.1 and 9.2 again. Even tried a rescan with no success. My brother also has lost it, we both have the old VOOM boxes leftover from last year. All other local OTA's are fine. However, I called someone else using a Dish-network box and both 9-1 and 9-2 comes in fine. This is strange, was something changed at WTVM this week?

My brother can't get it either (Mits built-in). He rescans and it adds 47 but neither 47 nor 9 will come up as a channel outside of the setup. Perhaps this is nother PSIP issue.
I'm using a dish 811 and have no problems. I will send something to WTVM and see if they can shed any light.

From WTVM:
WTVM has been running in low power for a couple of weeks now. The tall tower at Cusseta is in the process of being scraped, primed, and painted. Of course we have to lower our power levels while the crews are working on the towers or in the vicinity of the antennas. The painting is expected to be completed this week and the power level returned to normal.

I rechecked channel 9 yesterday evening and I now have my picture back, decided to rescan again so it would get 9-2 and noticed that channel is now labeled TUBE just like 54-2. Not sure if this is due to the tower being painted or not. Personally I wouldn't recommend the painter, he's appears to be playing with the switches in master control!

I got CH9 back last night. Thanks for your help, guys. Does anyone have the local stations email addresses in case I get future problems?
