What kind of the new "microdisplay" projection technology is the best? LCoS, DLP, LCD? Hopefully, I will be buying a TV in the new future and I am leaning towards these types of TV's.

I would say go look at the TV's in the stores. Although they probably won't be setup with optimal settings and conditions, if you are happy with it there, you'll probably be happy at home. I have an LCD front projector and I love it. The black levels are a little weak but it's not distracting to me. Check out the display section at AVSForum. They have plenty of debates on which is better.

I've checked several websites asking that same old question, "Which TV is best". After researching for several weeks, I found out the following: "Go with what you can afford and what your eyes tell you." What appears great to one person is not so great to another. You be the judge Other than Mike's other link to AVSforum, here's another good place to start researching the entire HD revolution: www.checkhd.com/Good luck
